Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation.

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of most experiences.

 Your ‘No Show’ policy.  If the traveller doesnt turn up on the day of the tour, will be charged full amount of the value of the booking

Force majeure policy. Global Pandemics or acts of god. If the weather conditions are poor and you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify soon as posible. 

Private Flights and Tours cancellations and refunds.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 15 days before or more than the date of the trip.

  • You’ll receive 75% refund if you cancel within 14 days before the date of the trip.

  • You will receive a 0% refund if you cancel within 72 hours before the date of the trip.

  • ‘No Show’ policy.  If the traveller doesnt turn up on the day of the tour, will be charged full amount of the value of the booking.

  • Force majeure policy. Global Pandemics (COVID-19, OMICRON VIRUS). Cancel within the 3 points mentioned above 15 days, 14 days and 72 hours. Otherwise a full refund can be made if travelers has a positive test. Please provide.

  • Acts of god (hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, lightning strikes, storms, floods) date of trip a full refund can be made.

  • If the weather conditions are bad date and time of the trip, the service will be rescheduled. Otherwise a full refund can be made.


Types of information we collect:

We do not store, collect or process any sensitive data, such as personal data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, health-related data, or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a person.
We may collect both “Personal Information” and “Anonymous Information” about you when you use the Application or the Service. Personal Information is information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment method, profile photo, vehicle information ( license plate number, model, year of manufacture and color of the vehicle), the data of the driver’s license, as well as the information linked to said information. Anonymous Information is information that cannot be used to contact or identify you, and is not linked to information that can be used to do so. It includes passively collected information about your activities on the Service, such as usage data, to the extent that the information is not linked to your Personal Information.
You can access, download the Application without revealing your Personal Information, although, like most website and mobile application providers, we passively collect certain information from your devices, such as your IP address, browser information, unique device identifier. (UDID), Universal Unique Identifier (UUID), or your mobile operating system. Please note that you can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this will limit the features of the Service that you can access and use. To use the Service, you must register with Lift Panama through the Application. Anyone who registers at Lift Panama is considered a Passenger (“Passenger”).

Information sent voluntarily:

We collect information that you provide to us while using the Website, App or Service, such as:
Personal information that you enter when registering for the Service, including your full name, email address, phone number, profile photo, vehicle information (license plate number, model, year of manufacture and vehicle color) and data driver’s license.
Communications with us or with other Passengers or Drivers of vehicles using the Service (“Drivers”).
Information that you provide in your profile preferences, to customer support services, or that you post in forums or message boards on the Application.
For security reasons, users consent that Lift Panama use the capabilities of technology related to the recognition of facial and body images and identify and extract facial recognition features, body parts, body features and key points, as well as gestures and other information. biometric based on original images, videos and other data that users actively provide. This information will be used exclusively to identify a person.
PLEASE NOTE that the technologies we use to identify a person may involve the processing of biometric information, such as facial recognition features, which fall within the realm of sensitive personal information.

How we share and disclose information:

We know how important it is to keep your information confidential. We will not transfer, sell or share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you specifically approve at the time of disclosure or in the circumstances described below.
If you do not want us to use or disclose the Personal Information that we collect about you in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy, you can choose to (a) not provide your Personal Information at any time or (b) not download the Application or become a Passenger .
In addition to using the information we collect for the purposes we mentioned above, we may also share your information as described below. By becoming a Passenger, you authorize us to share the Personal Information you provide to us as described in our Privacy Policy.


We are very committed to safeguarding your information. We employ all reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will provide you with any legally required disclosure of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your electronically stored “personal data” in the clear (as defined in applicable state statutes on reporting security breaches) via email. , text message or posting visible on the Website at the most opportune time possible and without undue delay, to the extent consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any action necessary to determine the extent of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
